mpv在wayland nvidia下vulkan解码的临时方案

如果你也看到过mpv这个FAQ，但运行会提示类似：

[ffmpeg/video] h264: Device does not support the VK_KHR_video_decode_queue extension!

VK_KHR_video_decode_queue 实际是有的，当下在wayland ffmpeg会有这个问题，在x11下没有。其中有一个workaround被隐藏在回帖中间：https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/discussions/13909#discussioncomment-9477757

省流是参数：--gpu-context=x11vk，让mpv跑在xwayland下。
