arch上装vmware player 网络问题

按照wiki上的提示使用

vmware-modconfig --console --install-all

后来是立刻完成，也没有网络，
但是一开始经过很长的时间，报错了：

Job for vmware.service failed because a timeout was exceeded.
See "systemctl status vmware.service" and "journalctl -xeu vmware.service" for details.
Unable to start services

再根据提示查看细节：

如果前面的指令没报错，查看细节，也是有问题的：

怎么解决啊？
进入vmware player联网提示两个窗口：

Error toggling removable device: Failed to connect virtual device 'ethernet0'.

Could not connect 'Ethernet0' to virtual network '/dev/vmnet8' . More information can be found in the vmware.logfile. Failed to connect virtual devicd 'Ethernet0'.

终端启动的话，终端显示：

I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/etc/vmware/hostd/proxy.xml"

(vmplayer:96334): dconf-WARNING **: 00:23:54.058: failed to commit changes to dconf: 连接已关闭
(vmplayer:96334): dconf-WARNING **: 00:24:27.024: failed to commit changes to dconf: 连接已关闭XDG_RUNTIME_DIR (/run/user/1000) is not owned by us (uid 0), but by uid 1000! (This could e.g. happen if you try to connect to a non-root PulseAudio as a root user, over the native protocol. Don't do that.)

j进入vmware player依旧有那两个窗口
