You can try to fix the problem manually, log out when you ar sh: can't access tty: job control turned off

[rootfs ]

换个u盘重新写后出现这样错误怎么弄

前边的消息呢？这是启动时遇到了问题，具体问题在之前的消息里。
你下载的 ISO 文件检验过没？写完U盘后检验过没？

这个不会是你放 archiso 的那个 U 盘吧，可能是它出现了问题所以后边报找不到 /dev/disk/by-label/ARCH_202003。
