开机后无线网卡有一定概率无法正常启动

笔记本是联想Thinkbook 14，BIOS为当前最新，无线网卡是Intel AX200。装的双系统，两个SSD上分别装Win10和Arch，用rEFInd引导启动。
遇到一个问题，每次Arch开机后，电脑的无线网卡有一定几率无法正常启动，需要重启才能解决。而Win10下，无线网卡功能一切正常。
我查看驱动是启动了的，但ip link下没有interface信息。

下面是无线网卡问题出现时的一些日志信息，求大佬们帮忙看看哪里出了问题：

最近发现一个过度性解决办法：
出现问题后，重启iwlwifi模块
sudo rmmod iwlmvm
sudo rmmod iwlwifi
sudo modprobe iwlwifi

但有没有办法一劳永逸解决办法呢？:|
