使用的中国镜像站是清华源，当开启v2raya代理之后，就无法通过包管理工具更新软件。只有关闭v2raya代理之后才能更新。
尝试了在varaya的RoutingA添加这个镜像站也不可以。
请问可以在不通过手动关闭v2raya代理的方式，解决这个问题吗？
