no package were upgraded
遇到一个问题，安装完基本系统后，安装x-win是，失败，pacman -S xorg-server ___--------显示error:no package were upgraded
不知道什么原因，是不是安装基本系统后，还要安装pacman管理器啊？
这个怎么安装？
很可能是网络没连上，但是通过ip link 连接后任然不行，不知何故。
安装基本系统的时候是能连上网的，但是装x-win测试 ping -c www.baidu.com 就连不上，找不到packages

# systemctl stop dhcpcd.service
# ip link
# systemctl stop dhcpcd.service
# ip link
# ip link set enp2s0f0 up
# ip addr add ip_address/subnetmask dev interface_name
用这些命令去连网，但是不行，不知道为什么。
