机器过热问题

最近装了arch之后就一直很热，风扇还异常响（开机14分钟左右开始）。查过wiki之后，禁用了独显，但是还是不行。
机子一直都只运行小程序，最多就是偶尔看看视频什么。conky上面CPU使用也平均在4%之下，内存也一直是空闲很多的状态。而且我用win7的时候只有开大型游戏，才这么热。
请问怎么检测系统热度，以及有什么调节的方法？貌似之前搜到的一些软件有过时的，无法使用，比如那个cpufreqtuils（好像是这个名字）。

看上去和我工作机那个差不多。执行下边这个，能看到频率在变化吗？

watch -n1 grep MHz /proc/cpuinfo

这说明 CPU 自动调频正常……

还有什么注意的吗？能推荐相关的文章什么的？（实在对硬件一窍不通，不知道查什么）
