关机或重启时显示“A stop job is running for User Manager for UID 1000 (35s / no

二月份的时候重装了一次arch，最近总是在关机的显示A stop job is running for User Manager for UID 1000 (XXs / no limit)
第一阶段是稳定卡1分30秒，过了这个时间后就会继续关机了。
经过排查journalctl日志，是在等Code-OSS关闭：(部分日志）

从11：22：57到11：24：23，差不多一分半，关机都一直卡在这里。
开机的时候我确实用了Code-OSS，但关机前确定已经把他关了。
找到这里后，我还多次关机/重启，每次只打开Code-OSS然后快速关机，每次都稳定出现这同一个问题，日志也是一样的情况，再尝试开机后什么都不做，或打开其他软件，再关机，就没有这个问题。
我当时就直接把Code-OSS卸载了，换了aur上的visual-studio-code-bin，觉得问题应该就直接解决了。
但是到了晚上，当我关电脑的时候，又是在关机的时候出现同一个问题：A stop job is running for User Manager for UID 1000 (XXs / no limit)：

这回是第二阶段了，大概持续30秒，查看日志显示的是plasma-plasmashell.service超时关闭：

从22：47：32到22：48：07，关了半分钟。
我试过反复开关机，不能复现问题，今天下午我用了一段时间电脑，再次关机的时候这个问题同样出现了，再次查看日志，也是plasma-plasmashell.service的问题，也是30秒多。
我不清楚这些是应用的问题还是系统的问题，我不知道该怎么办。
我希望能解决现在plasma-plasmashell.service关机的问题，更希望以后关机不会再出现这样的问题。

每次出问题后，我会立即开机记录下3分钟以内的日志，也有5分钟和10分钟以内的，如果需要我后续会贴出。

sddm + plasma wayland场景下的老问题了，一直没有解决。先注销用户，再关机就不会等待了

可以在systemd的配置文件里修改关机的超时时间，我设置成了10s，超过就会强行停止。
/etc/systemd/system.conf
/etc/systemd/user.conf

把“DefaultTimeoutStopSec=”这一行去掉注释，设置为你想要的时间。

其实不是kde也是,现在用的hyprland,每次关机或重启前都手动注销怪麻烦的,想着抛弃sddm算了

之后有空我也想多试试别的桌面甚至是发行版。

Gnome Wayland 也遇到了同样的问题。应该不是 KDE 的锅。
