service 超时导致关机时间过长

关机时 tty 显示 "A stop job is running for User Manager ..."

这个问题不会一直重现，偶尔会发生，似乎没有规律。

我不知道下面的方法有没有用或者只是治标不治本：

编辑/etc/systemd/system.conf，把DefaultTimeoutStartSec和DefaultTimeoutStopSec前面的#去掉后，后面的90s改短一些，比如1s或者3s啥的。

我之前有几次关机需要等90秒，改了后基本很快就关机了，暂时也没出现什么奇怪的问题。
