我的ssd时不时要挂了？？？

在使用时去喝了杯水，回来后发现硬盘掉了，我直接强制关机重启，重启后进不去系统
启动时的错误
奇怪的是再次启动后就没问题了，这是我硬盘的数据（23年9月27号买的）
